Anyone paying attention to the condo market in Florida? Seems like a crash to me. Look at the price of condos recently sold compared to sales from ‘21-23. 40-50% lower in Punta Gorda alone.

Well, my mother in law lost her battle with cancer surrounded by her loved ones. She will live in our hearts forever. The kindest, sweetest soul. My heart aches, but I know she is with her husband Charles and my mother in a better place. She fought valiantly, bravely, and courageously. RIP mom.
