I get you, it happens to me aswell. The way i tend to get around it is to do thumbnail drawings first, 20/20s they're called. Do 20mins of 20 dif thumbnail drawings.
Also i find it super beneficial to start my drawing sesh with gesture drawing at 30/60sec. Hope that helps x

I dont have an issue with u posting ai, the issue lies in the fact ur bio says ai artist. Its not a problem specific to u alot of ppl do it, and if ur an artist POST UR ART! Can't rly call urself and artist if u dont provide evidence.
