I really hope it doesn’t happen, but I can’t see how it isn’t going to. Given tw’s previous form, I do wonder if there is just big money to be made for the shareholders. Which is why utilities shouldn’t have shareholders.

They’re building a massive reservoir near Abingdon. It’s above ground with a massive wall around it. Would you trust Thames water to get that right? Unsurprisingly the locals aren’t that happy.
