I feel it should be highlighted that this is relative to the median pay. Not even the lowest pay.

Like I needed another reason to avoid buying produce from the US.

It's a little hard to see in the lower res pic on the page, but it definitely looks like there's another load of makeup on that hand.

It's the least you could do, for the captain of the Enterprise.

Very cool! Has a bit of a Type-7 look with the window wide at the sides and narrowing in the middle .

Not that anyone should call a person names, but maybe a dude who keeps having to identify animals on a cognitive test shouldn't call a human "piggy"?

For the most part, environmentally, it's best to keep driving your internal combustion car until it's reached the end of its serviceable life, then, covert to an EV. That's assuming you're in a position that requires owning a car. Otherwise, public transit is always cleaner.
November 6, 2025 at 10:35 PM
The growing popularity of EVs is also driving development of new battery chemistry, safer materials, longer life, and better recycling. Some sodium-ion cells are catching up to LFP, are cheaper, less toxic, and more recyclable. But it's tough to say when that stuff will hit the market at scale.
November 6, 2025 at 10:35 PM
It depends on how long you own the car for. The environmental benefits of an electric car outweigh the cons of an internal combustion engine after about 2 years. Most people keep a car for way longer than that. While battery recycling is pretty poor right now, it's getting better.

Honestly, still a pretty cool design. Resembles the Elites from Halo.
