Was wondering if you buy the transdermal from your vet or order online? I was going to order from Chewy, but I think it's more expensive than $55 for 3 months. Do you have to clean the ears every day with water?

This looks good for spring and summer just like the fasolakia that you posted (and I cooked and tried for the first time) was very good for fall and winter.

You probably know about hyperthyroidism in cats, but if Tiger is acting different, it makes me think he could have elevated thyroid T4 and might need medication/treatment?
