I agree an 18th-century document can’t be perfect or immutable. Do you think the real issue is the Constitution itself, or our failure to fully use the mechanisms it provides to evolve? I’ve followed you and would really like to hear more of your thoughts.

I get that feeling. A lot of times the outcome comes first and the explanation follows later. I sometimes wonder when people really realize it wasn’t just an accident. In the moment, or much later?

That’s a brutal comparison 😅 but it really shows how tired people are of the whole “qualification” issue. Do you think it’s more about individuals or the appointment system itself?
