Two weeks Meta support needed 2 weeks to fix my account.
And they never even informed me what exactly happened.
After two weeks they were just like „it should work again now, have a nice day.“

And then nothing. Every day I ask for a status update, and get a nice AI generated response. And the best part is I have been using meta quest cash. So at the moment they are holding my money hostage. Can’t get it back, can’t spent it. Thank you Meta for treating your customers like this.
