Fan of music, context, nuance, and beauty. Not for everyone, but could be for you.
I'm a big Talking Heads fan but am kind of mystified at this song's allure to other musicians. Didn't see this coming.

Yes to ‘58. Poised between classic rock and new wave, appreciating both, setting us up for a life of listening with open ears.

We 20-year-old blogs have to stick together. I can’t imagine the effort involved in your song list. My monthly or so 20-song playlists are hard enough! I look forward to going through your choices.

Hm. You make a good point. I guess Neil's larger problem is that he is generally overlooked everywhere, not just on XPN.

Agreed. Sadly a lot of quality music is in that same category, by both older musicians and newer ones too. Mostly listeners follow the lead of the station; it's not like XPN itself goes out of its way to keep Neil more active on their regular playlists.

"Turn and Run" and "Anytime" also great!

Agree about Neil Finn; he's rather underappreciated. Alas, "She Will Have Her Way" came out in 1998, so no hope to hold out for that one.
