I'm including "researching and settling on a distro and desktop environment as a complete novice to Linux," but yes, it's gotten a lot easier.

Eventually we'll get to a point where installing a Linux distro is simpler and requires fewer steps than making a standard Windows installation usable.

Haha! That's my head canon too. Yautja society is pretty normal and these guys are just weird, middle-aged, insecure dorks who think going to a primative world and killing the local wildlife with cloaking technology makes them the ultimate hunter.

A reminder that the action here was improved by Kevin Bacon. The guy knows how to swing a hammer, he even pitched in to help finish some of the sets when they were filming on location. He could have left the line as it was, but he intentionally elevated the material and made the scene iconic.
