Started reading the Perry Mason novels by Erle Stanley Gardner. I’m on the “Case of the velvet claw.”

I think this series is screaming for a graphic series. So much different than the 1950s version somebody please do this.

Peace and shown me a way forward is meditation .

I can’t thank the people at the Oregon Buddhist Vihara enough for allowing me to sit with them, i’ve learned so much. There’s something truly powerful about learning to give your mind the space to rest, even if it’s just for 20, 30, 60 minutes.
