Big fan of sopa de caracol and sopa de mondongo. greathonduranfoods.com describes #1 as "conch cooked in coconut milk and broth, with spices, yuca, and green bananas." #2 is "diced tripe slow-cooked with potatoes, yucca, plantain, cabbage, corn, onions, carrots, cilantro and garlic." Sooooo yummy <3
