The only thing that saved me was communicating and watching the broadcast of the screen until I fell asleep from anxiety and woke up at 4-5 in the morning.

And the thought, "it's still a little bit before 8 a.m., it's okay, it's okay."

And a branch is beating against the window. Or a bird. And you're alone with yourself, your doubts, fears, and thoughts. It's hot and dry with a heater. It's cool and freezing without a heater.
