Pros:
One prompt custom CMS
- Want a rotating wallpaper? Done!
- Want a dangling logo? Done!
- Need to add/edit/delete events? Done!
Not 10x, but certainly 5x speed.
Fun

Cons:
AI is like a genius toddler, who just makes things up
Most credits used up fixing things
Messy code
