By profession, doctors had one of the highest rates of active participation in the Nazi regime. Doctors were responsible for their "euthanasia" programs and medical experiments long before the death camps got rolling.

It does to the billionaire class. No FEMA support means most of these people can't rebuild so the billionaires can buy up land in absolutely gorgeous natural areas for dirt cheap and build mega mansions and ridiculously-priced rentals. Or mine the shit out of them for resources.
