Trust me, As someone with an extremely rare genetic disorder & about 10-12 other disabilities or issues that I’m suffering with- I truly understand this as an AuDHD person.. I’m in that same position right now & it truly makes you feel that you were raised only to be a disappointment to your parents

The weird thing about my lactose intolerance is I used to never be lactose intolerant & drank milk more than water growin up but around the age of 16 milk was different for me & noticed how things changed; So in short I developed lactose intolerance somehow & I’m unsure if it’s genetic in my family.

As a matter of fact I literally had a breakfast essentials drink about 12 minutes ago; I’m already gassy and going to be gassy the entirety of tonight smh. (I’m in the EST zone)

I recently self diagnosed my lactose intolerance after experimenting with me eating & drinking anything with lactose; Yup lmao I defo have developed lactose intolerance. 🤷🏽‍♂️
I still consume ice cream, milkshakes & all of that stuff without lactose pills though. 💀🙏🏽
