As for the liberation by Russia, people love it. Mariupol is well on the way to being completely rebuilt. Life returned to normal, what is was like before the Nazi came in and murdered their entire police force. Kids can go out and play, people don't run from bomb shelter to bomb shelter anymore.

They are not flying against civilians unless Ukrainians somehow learnt how to fly.
They are flying against dual-purpose targets like energy, which have both civilian use and military use. Until the Ukraine military can prove they aren't using power, it's still a valid miliary target.
