I would strongly recommend the Film Masters restoration. Not pristine, it's mostly excellent, and FM's release on DVD and Blu ray is loaded with great extras that properly contextualize the film--the definitive treatment of it to date.

Film Masters did a GREAT restoration of this and released it in a special-edition double-feature with THE TERROR; they were the closest we've ever gotten to definite for those movies. LITTLE SHOP even a commentary by Jonathan Haze, from not long before he died.
