Went to Wild Lanterns last night at the @woodlandparkzoo.bsky.social . It was every 7 year old girl's magical fairytale brought to life. Don't miss Cactus Man. He's on an off chute path and you have to press a button to activate him. He deserves more love.

No tree this year. We have plenty growing that we could've taken but it just felt prodigal. We took branches from things we were limbing up and did this instead. Here's to a green Christmas!

So...today Dan and I picked 19lbs of plums and I canned 7 pints of plum sauce! What do I do with the other 11.5 LBS of plums? I prefer preservation methods that are low or no sugar. HALP!

Some TTRPG GMs get so caught up in WORLD building that they forget that players have to EMBODY that world and they bring their real world trauma into it. It's not OK to surprise someone with that. SafetyTools just give all at the table a chance to work it out or to bow out gracefully.
