The check engine light on our Volvo XC60 is on. I made an appointment two weeks ago for 9AM this morning at the only nearby Volvo dealer in Ithaca NY. I arrived on time as scheduled. I was told it would be 2 hours before I had a diagnosis. WTF??!! Think about it... Why get an appointment at all?
