Don’t know why but I would feel more secure to share visual creations over auditory works. I think I just care too much that it has to sound ”good” or interesting. I should just release anything and make more regardless.

I will have to investigate what makes lakes in n64 games so nostalgic. there’s definitely some beautiful essence that can be captured there. I especially like the photographic scenery of Bass Rush. Also Drake Lake in Wave Race comes to mind with the excellent soundtrack to go along with it.

Shout out to thecatamites and his game Magic Wand, I still think about it like once every week. It feels like childhood when you played pretend. It’s an absurdly immersive game but not the actual story or anything, just how you play it like with a toy that you loved.
