TS is by far the better language overall, but Jetpack Compose shows how well suited Kotlin is for some specific/niche frameworks (ignoring kt tooling which sucks and should be scrapped and rebuilt).

Really, what makes you feel that way? For me the feed got a lot better compared to before, I follow quite a lot of users and repositories though so that might be why.
