It is… immensely unlikely as Glasgow is not in Ireland and it will have a tiny Irish-speaking community. Gaelic (the Scottish version) is growing in Glasgow but far from a third of the population & not a 1st language.

While I don’t disagree with your sentiment, David, the DfE doesn’t have anything to do with Scottish schools. Here is ScotGov pupil census definition.
