It's lovely. Reminds me of my friend's box concerts, originally created during lockdown. His is more rustic.

Recommended. Just enough science to understand why the ADHD brain is different. Then some short chapters covering connection, exercise, environment, strengths and medication. Essential reading if you work with young people.
