i can confirm that backing up your favorite fanart is a good idea
and yet, if you do it for a decade or more
you will either end up with this labyrinthine system of specific folders (maverickvirus)
or you will end up with a couple generic folders with thousands of fanart in each (me)

i can confirm that backing up your favorite fanart is a good idea
