My favorite part of summer reruns on Canadian television when I was a kid in the 70s and early eighties was Star Trek TOS.

Of course it was conference weekend. Every October and April that conference weekend passes me by without intruding on my awareness, the more free I feel from it all.

I had no idea a zit could kill me but every doctor in the hospital over the three days I was there nodded knowingly and said you shouldn’t pop your pimples. Thanks doc.

This Saturday will be the one year anniversary of my release from the hospital from sepsis that I got from popping a pimple. I am still dealing with the post sepsis fatigue. I hope it feels better soon.
