Want to level up your value?

After a service walk through and check:

Is there an evacuation plan?

Are exits available?

Does staff know how suppression works?

Then ask:
“When was your last drill? Want help doing one right?”

This positions you as more than a cleaner — you're a safety ally.

A real kitchen fire drill isn’t just a walk-through.
It should simulate:

-Noise and movement during a rush
-Clear exits past fryers, dish stations, and blocked doors
-Manual suppression activation knowledge
-Manager leading it like a real emergency

Most kitchens skip this. That’s your opportunity

If a commercial kitchen fails a fire drill, or never runs one, it risks:
🔻 Injured customers/staff
🔻 chaos
🔻 Legal liability after a fire

And when that happens, they’ll remember who helped them get it right.

Be the one.
