Outer Worlds 2 hit me with the surprise update & for whatever reason the Xbox servers were crawling.

I'm away on some travel right now but if there's some kind of debugging I can help with I'm definitely down to assist when I get back on Friday, really odd to see speed throttled on a PC for sure
