I'm not a big enough fan to know the BTS on this one, but it feels like a "Hey, we were going to have another season, but now we don't. We gotta wrap it all up in 3 episodes, with no extra money!"

And it's choppy as hell. Characters who don't make it do so for seemingly no reason, in the blink of an eye. The big bad fights have more editing cuts than fighting cuts. Blink and you'll miss it important moments.
