Take things to keep you protected and safe, just in case. Masks, goggles, milk, first aid kits, etc. It's meant to be a peaceful protest, but there's always folks intentionally stirring the pot to make us seem unreasonable and aggressive.

That's a good goal to work towards! Europe! There are a few discussions I want to have with my GP and therapist myself, this month, I'm much in the same boat of needing to make some changes. I'm glad you can take this step as a stepping stone. I'd be really interested in hearing how it'll work 1/2
