So, I left my sourdough to bulk ferment too long (it happens)& it would not allow me to shape it 😔 But, all was not lost. I took the mess, put in a greased bread tin, popped it in a 440°F oven for 45 min &, Voila bread! She may not be beautiful, but, we have bread.
