Axel, like Autumn before him, is a high flying frisbee dog. It’s not good for his young, developing joints, so I don’t throw to allow for jumps often, but you gotta indulge him a lil every once in a while. 🚀

My pottery class is almost over and I'm pushing myself to make as much as I can. It is so soothing to go to the studio, put on my headphones and just create. Today I threw this 4.5 lb beast, my biggest yet. Like 60% or so of my creations, it will be home to a plant. I can't wait to see it finished!

I’ve never had a puppy. Autumn was 6 months old and in my 13-years-ago memory it was all almost effortless. Figuring out what this guy needs and attending to him is a 24/7 job. Today we walked in the woods. He terrorized when we got home, but it’s 7:50 and he’s asleep and that’s a miracle.
