I completely agree. I find myself muddling through interpretations that used to feel second nature when I was reading 2-5 a day. It’s amazing how quickly those skills fade.

Ketamine and Roc. Ketamine up to 1 mg/kg for SI > 0.9, pushed slow, stop when sedation is achieved.
