SITES Spectral PhenoCam data can power machine learning solutions for automated ecological monitoring.

A deep learning model was developed to detect snow presence and improve image quality assessments, strongly reducing annotation time.

Partners from six countries met in Lund for the #BlueTransition project, sharing solutions on water supply and climate adaptation across 16 pilot projects.

The Swedish pilots included SITES Bolmen Station, a key contributor to securing safe drinking water. 💧

At SITES Grimsö, decades of wildlife surveys track populations of moose, foxes, birds, and more across 13,000 ha. With monitoring dating back to the 1970s, these long-term data are essential for both research and wildlife management.
