I’m not very hopeful about our world, at least not at this moment. Humans are strange creatures and there is so much pain, corruption, and fear. But we should not let that consume us.

At one point my husband wanted to confront someone who was very clearly annoyed that I was in their way looking at the cheese. I told him that it wasn’t worth making a comment. People are so up in their own business, and own (negative) feelings, these days that there is grace in letting it go
