This weekend I had the honor and exhilaration of soloing with my orchestra to premiere Bottlenose Fantasia, an adaptation of "Delphinus Delphis" from ABZU that was arranged into a full oboe solo feature by @awintory.bsky.social himself & @brianlaguardia2.bsky.social 🐬🦈 The audience loved it!

Happy release day to Sword of the Sea, the latest game from Giant Squid, with ethereal soundtrack by @awintory.bsky.social :) I once again had the privilege of recording woodwinds, including this beautiful Mayan triple harmony drone flute. It has a haunting voice that's all throughout the score 🪈

My one & only visit to WB Studios before Towerborne was almost exactly 20 years prior, as a student of the Mancini Institute summer program getting to try a mock recording session w/ the orchestra. It was the first time I'd ever been told that there was a job in music for anyone who truly wanted it

Recording this score in LA last summer was such a special experience. Full orchestra, two pianos, three accordions, and an assortment of extra winds (Khaen! Recorder! Whistle!) all in the same room, conducted by @awintory.bsky.social himself
