I have that kind of job now! I think if you trust the customer wont sell you out as the employee who told them, its good to be honest and tell them the reason stuff sucks. They’re usually sympathetic

The pharmacy experience seems to be a nightmare almost everywhere now but there’s maybe a 1% chance of it being a pharmacy workers fault

Imagine bringing a soul into this world and giving them the name Brantley

Turned off my notifications this morning. All the emails that normally go to the promotions inbox are going to my primary inbox, most asking me to be safe and asking me if it’s spam

This mostly works for me if I have a lot of time to let it dry. If I don’t, the gel makes my hair go into Gun Girl territory

I wouldn’t even mind if mine looked like Alanis’s, but only some of it looks like that and the other half looks like I’ve been camping for a few days. Mine also takes that long to dry. I straighten it now because I go to work too early to make my curls look nice

These are my exact rankings! No matter which state I’ve lived in too.

I didn’t get a titer but was going to Walgreens to get a flu shot anyway and asked for an mmr booster too. They gave me both and I didn’t have to pay anything. I know even the chains vary greatly from store to store and from month to month but worth a shot to ask

My fiancé used to go to float tanks a lot and is convinced this would fix me being never relaxed and I’m convinced my experience would be more like yours so I haven’t tried it. I’m constantly talking or being talked to at work so I do appreciate quiet but I don’t know about that quiet

Everyone makes fun of the Lume deodorant commercial lady but I get it. I won’t use it because I’m afraid my skin will react badly to it but I get it

I have the opposite opinion on this. I grew up in casserole country and had everyone’s mom, aunts and grandmas version and thought I hated it until I made it from scratch one year (I did still add the French’s onions on top though, so not completely from scratch)

My grandma would give you so many “watch mes,” if you had already used your two watch mes that day and wanted her to watch you do something cool, too bad

I haven’t seen dyed toilet paper since it was popular in the 90s and came to be the source of many UTIs

Agree and yet I’ve had some migraines and toothaches so bad that I feel like I could’ve been talked into one at the time they were happening

I think so but reluctantly and only after he got sick. He was sick during Covid precautions so I was able to convince him to let me buy him an iPhone to replace his flip phone so I could FaceTime with him

I’ve worn an eyeshadow that’s the same color as my skin for a couple decades now to look less tired and less red in places I don’t want to be red and I think it helps with that

“No problem” is way more polite than “you’re welcome” anyway!

Wow! This reads like a startup job posting and not a 30+year local business
