I was amazed to see this headline in the BBC News that was showing on their digital news channel before Zelensky entered the Basilica to applause by many foreign dignitaries.

Be Kind to Yourself and Do Something Besides Watch for the Latest News to See What has Happened Next. Today, I took a Treenware Class and carved this wooden spoon out of black walnut. It is almost done. I still need to make the bowl a little deeper. It sure has kept me busy.

A friend suggested to listen to this as it is what is going on today. Do not remember ever Really Listening to it but it came out at a time that I was coming into being a mom and all that goes with it. After listening to this selection, seems they were right on.
