Somewhere on this album is the sound of me not playing the banjo, which is now destined to become a popular live request.

Went to a gig from one of my wife's favourite bands last night Police Dog Hogan. It was in a cave in Cornwall! Great atmosphere and they've got brilliant energy and I've rarely if ever seen better ensemble stagecraft from a band.

Filmed at RNLI Selsey Lifeboat Station Pull Away, the latest song from Police Dog Hogan, is in honour of the #RNLI. To lifeboat crews everywhere (with special mention of the Isle of Man from where Sir William Hillary founded the lifeboat service), thank you!

Wow! What a great evening. Fifty years going to live music. Hard to think of anyone I've enjoyed as much as Police Dog Hogan. Whole set was fabulous but the arrangement of "Let My Spirit Rise" was just magical.
Many thanks to @timdowling.bsky.social and gang. Surely, has to be a live album, soon?

Police Dog Hogan: it’s a band - honest! Saw them for the first time 2 days ago and wow! If alternative folk/country works for you, catch them live.
