Needs consideration of social as well as technical interventions. How should investment in adaptation be shared between Westminster, national governments, local authorities, developers, property owners, businesses, individuals ...? 🤔 ❓️

In contrast, some Level 4 apprenticeships are funded more generously than the equivalent tuition fee, eg £15k for BEMS control engineer, completing an HNC over 3 years

Time to campaign for improved public transport and active travel links to @nationaltrust.org.uk sites? Could support young people's employment as well as enjoyment, and provide a critical mass for bus routes in rural areas and urban hinterlands
