i don't really take protein supplements or anything of that sort tbh, just lots of rice, fish, eggs and vegetables! i eat twice a day and don't hold back on portions so i mostly get my protein goals met that way. but yeah i think they're pretty good if you need just a lil bit more to meet your goals
