So exciting! Looking forward to hearing more about the book.

I find with new endeavors it helps to “tie” it to something else you do regularly. When I started meditating, it helped that I would set 20 minutes aside before my first cup of coffee :)

So true. And there's a subtle but crucial difference between people who support your growth and those who support the version of you that's convenient for them. It’s in those small instances when someone's success might slightly inconvenience us, that’s where we show who we really are.

Love how you frame future-orientation as a practice rather than just a perspective. Your point about scenario planning particularly resonates - I've found that actively imagining different futures helps break the 'autopilot' thinking that can trap leaders.

Thanks for sharing. I've found that treating feedback as data rather than judgment shifts the brain from 'threat response' to 'growth mode.' I usually ask myself 'what can I build with this?' instead of 'why did this happen to me?' Transforms defensive energy into creative momentum.

Love this! Embodiment work is so powerful - it's like turning on the lights in rooms we didn't even know existed. I've found that my best insights often come not from thinking harder, but from dropping into body awareness. There's such wisdom in that somatic intelligence when we learn to listen. 🌱

This article resonates deeply - we're trying to solve 2024's market challenges with 1994's playbook. The most striking insight isn't just the data (though 30% revenue growth speaks volumes), but how we're missing the fundamental shift in human behavior.

Will have to pick up a copy of this book! Absolutely think parasocial scripts exist - we've collectively developed unwritten rules for parasocial interactions - like the informal etiquette of when to DM, comment, or just lurk. The real awkwardness hits when these scripts collide with IRL ones! 🎭

Sounds great! I can share a link to my calendar if that makes it easier to find a time to schedule.

So true - I lost count of the times that I have sat in conference rooms where a “leading voice” in power has controlled the conversation - I only heard the other points of view once the diverse voices felt they had a chance to safely express themselves without getting shut down… what a loss.

Authenticity rises above pretending - it is amazing what showing up genuinely can do when it comes to connecting and communicating with others.

Will be posting about it starting tomorrow - and engaging in inquiry - love questions, but more so to hear and learn what others have to say. Also, if you are ever up for a virtual coffee chat, let me know :)
