This girl, Rana, graduated from 6th grade as the top student in her school. However, instead of celebrating her achievement, she is crying because the TaI!ban have banned girls from continuing their education beyond 6th grade.
Her only "crime" is being a girl in Afghanistan. 💔

Is anyone on Bluesky discussing the TaI!ban's ban on girls' medical education, especially considering that Afghanistan already has the highest maternal mortality rate during childbirth? They have long restricted access to schools & universities, and now #Afghanistan will lack female doctors as well.
