I really wish TikTok OCD influencers would stop saying, "Talk therapy makes OCD worse!" Like if the therapist doesn't know OCD is the problem, then maybe. But I'm in talk therapy w someone who knows I have OCD and it's been incredibly helpful. Stop fearmongering your viewers away from seeking help!
