Consider, whenever possible, supporting and doing business with companies who stand by their DEI practices. These exist for a reason. Think of why they were instituted, and reflect on how much better we are and our companies have advanced because of these practices.

I hope that everyone who voted to support this tyranny is struggling with their conscience this week.
