That's exactly what they should do: be mentors and teachers.
Instead, they call Millennials (we are in our 40s!) "Lazy" and "Unmotivated" and lots of other hateful rhetoric. Dismiss our ideas, crap on our communities, hobbies, & identitiea, then wonder why their grandkids won't come visit.

Our local Democrat "Club" is full of boomers who refuse to step aside for the younger generation. They put up shit candidates and then curse Millennials and GenZ for not participating. They have their bake-sales and ice-cream-socials like it's still the 1970s. Zero online engagement. Worthless.

The DoD is forcing contractors to remove their DEIA (A for "accessibility") policies. We've had hundreds of people here in Maryland (Aberdeen Proving Grounds / Ft. Meade) terminated because they were disabled, queer, women, or other minorities. I was fired because of my disability.

Having them on military bases will place extra barriers on their ability to access immigration lawyers, families, and help from outside civilian organizations. It also prevents public oversight and media access.
