This Series of Photos is called Mask's Manipulation and is meant to represent how Mask is able to use his powers in a long game, ensnaring FeyStarion in his web.

Though....everyone is almost 100% convinced the raven is anything but what it should be. Astarion finally gives in in act 3. Feeling as if he has little choice but to take the offer in a desperate attempt to save not only Feyre's life, but the lives of the rest of the party as well.

Be it his distaste for the gods or a thief's intuition, he turns the Master of Rogues down. Mask continues to pop up occasionally to try & trick Feyre into persuading Astarion to take his offer. Mask even gifts Feyre her pet raven, Corvus.

Mask wants to strike a bargain with Astarion in the form of a powerful boon in exchange for a favor he won't elaborate on. Much to Feyre's, and if he's being honest, Astarion's own surprise, he isn't exactly willing to go along with Mask's deal right away.
