If you look at the first few seconds, it's actually a first person shooter, you just put your gun down after firing a few rounds that explode the moment they leave the barrel, then you awkwardly follow this other guy.

I don't think people are using inaccessible to mean you couldn't find it, but instead unapproachable. It was difficult to engage with at many times, and as you said there were a lot of media format changes. From comic to novel to flash video to game and back. If you didn't like one format, too bad.

The fact they have a second job is something that management absolutely should know so that management can at least attempt to plan around the second job. In this case, one of the jobs should keep you on the same work days every week so the other job can just not schedule you those days
