This is Ckiylar. He's Quartis and Aali's son.
(Quartis is the lead character in my Ruins Of Hope book trilogy <book 1 Eden Weeping, and Book 2 Authority Reign, are available on amazon) Ckiy isn't born until after the Trilogy but he does make an appearance in one of the other chars spin offs later.
