This sketch in my nature journal was based off a photo I took yesterday on a walk. I’m still learning how to capture shading better -this was only using an HB pencil (with a non-photo blue to start and ink for text).

Afterwards, we went to the Brookwood @hillsborolibrary to view water and moss/lichen samples under the microscope. Here is my two page spread from the experience.
