Just do it! Everything is possible. Stuck? Question someone. In development - in this case a game - nothing is really new. There are foruns, sites, social media to get some help. If you like, there's also AI to help. Just do it! And be consistent. Write at least one line of code everyday.

This was how I started my "dream project": Looking back to what I used to love in old games and try my best to achieve all the things I need to finish. "How to do this", "how to create that"... All these questions came across my mind.

All my experience as a full stack developer for the last (almost) ten years professionally brings the tools and knowledgement to start and finish a project. The answer to how to start a project is just what you need to finish it. Steps well defined, metodologies, closed scope...

I came across many studies projects but always stuck in this "ok, lets thing something serious", but never had that "eureka" idea. I've been looking to the future, forgetting what makes me love games. And the answer to "how to start" changed to "what I need to finish"!

Eu amei o final e o plot twist do plot twist! Concordo que 8 ia ajudar no meu toco também, hahahaha! E não sei se tô mal acostumado, mas senti falta com algum gancho pro próximo projeto.

just a simple export as png. Probably there's a better way, but I usually export the exactly size that I need.

Usually I draw on paper, take a photo and open it in Inkscape. Then I just draw the the order: shape, shadows, lights and finish with lines. When I don't use lines, I shade with shapes and blur it to something less cartoonish.
